Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy allows for returns within a period of 5 days. This means you have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

In order to qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria: it should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we do not accept any items sent back without prior authorization and request for a return.

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you inspect the items for any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item. If any such issues arise, please contact us immediately. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that there are specific items that are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For the quickest and most efficient process in acquiring the desired item, we recommend returning the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
